What’s On The Map?

As a Scotland native, I've been lucky to spend more than a decade+ exploring the west coast to the windswept peninsulas and everything in between. I’ve curated 500+ spots (and still growing) of all of my favourite cafes, restaurants, hotels, B&Bs, inns, things to see, do, distilleries, scenic viewpoints, castles, and carefully chosen outdoor adventures into a single map. This is an easy-to-use Google Map that you can take with you to help plan your West Coast Scotland adventures.

More than 500+ (and counting) of the best spots north of Glencoe, along the west coast to Arisaig, over the sea to the Isle of Skye, returning through the dramatic Kintail wilderness:

  • Villages & towns: Glencoe, Fort William, Arisaig, Isle of Skye, Plockton, and more.

  • Restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, & eateries.

  • Hotels, inns, and B&Bs.

  • Distilleries, breweries, & castles.

  • Select outdoor adventures & walks.

  • Boat trips & cruises.

  • Scenic viewpoints, waterfalls, wild beaches & iconic sights.

There are dozens of places I’ve never covered on the blog, now all centralised for easy use. And I'll continue to update the map as I find things like new hotels and inns, restaurants, and things to do.

Consider it a searchable Scotland West Coast guidebook.
